Capacity can easily be added when needed by attaching additional drive enclosures. Maximum raw capacity ranges with LFF drives from 5.4 TB SAS or 12 TB SATA in the base chassis, to 27 TB SAS or 60 TB SATA with the addition of the maximum number of drive enclosures. Configurations utilizing the SFF drive chassis can grow from twenty-four to a total of ninety-nine SFF drives. The MSA2300fc has been fully tested up to 64 hosts.
